Bourbon Barrel Aged Galaxy IPA

Opaque murky brown with no head. Smell is laced with bourbon, molasses, wood, pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit, slight pine, and hope resin. Taste is pretty much as smell indicated, but I would add dragon fruit and subtract the wood, more resinous than hoppy. Feel is sticky, thick, languid, and warm. My least favorite of the series, but still very interesting, galaxy hops don't have enough bitterness to contrast the bourbon as much
