Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Wait, isn't Solemn Oath on the west side of Naperville? I mean, I could easily check, but I don't feel like it. So, yeah. Anyway, this stuff pours a mostly clear brass-amber topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild kiwi, light caramel, and fragrant flowers. The taste leads with the kiwi, allowing for some vague collection of mildly tart berries to provide support and a bit of light caramel and cracked wheat to inhabit the bottom bunk. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Overall, a solid kiwi-infused Berliner, definitely delivers what's promised on the tin, but I'm not sure it's something I would reach for very often.
