This Imperial Stout aged 15 to 18 months in Wild Turkey Bourbon, Willet Bourbon and Willet Rye barrels. What resulted is a smooth, rich character balanced with notes of bittersweet chocolates. It finishes with a warm spirit presence and faint notes of bakers spices brought by the Rye Whiskey Barrel.
