Dark Belgian Abbey Ale aged in J Henry Bourbon barrels for 15 months. Hints of dried fig, chocolate covered raisins, bourbon, and brown sugar. Rich in texture and taste.
A legend unfolds. Aromas of oak, vanilla, and deep molasses rise up to meet caramelized figs and black cherry. Velvety waves of roasted malt in harmony with notes of bittersweet chocolate, cloves, and fruit leather worthy of the highest praise.
