Decent beer. Rather sweet for a lager. Nice red amber color but little head. Undertones of cherry and some sweet funk. Mouthfeel is the major detriment to this one, feels sticky. Overall though is not a bad attempt. Good drinkability on a warm afternoon. Good for the ball park setting where your stuck with a plastic cup. Something new to try when your sick of the other mega brew lagers. I wouldn't bring it home.

I had this on tap one day a Phillies game. Couldnt find it on BA, so I e-mailed Citizens Bank Park. They told me that PRL is custom brewed by AB. So there you have it.
This beer came an orange and gold amber with a sustained film of manila head.
Smelled of a blend of doughy cherry pie filling with a dry dirty corn and yeast that had a bit of ash along with it.
Tasted light and watery with hints of banana and a return of the dirty yeast with a slight woody hop nip in the finish.
The mouth feel was light to medium bodied with a light easygoing carbonation.
This beer clearly isnt the best beer that I had, but it seemed appropriate for the setting. Theres something going on in this beer, but the dry, dirty yeast essence kept coming through. Citizens Bank Park offers a lot of great local beers, so Id grab one of them first before I went back to another one of these.
