Busch and Busch Light are both brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn to provide a pleasant balanced flavor. Additionally, Busch Light undergoes a longer brewing process that produces a lighter body and fewer calories.

Not a bad beer, smells like beer, tastes a little like Budweiser and overall not too bad. I'll usually pick Busch up when working outdoors and can find it at almost any gas station. I will occasionally keep some in my rotation when I want something different.

Presentation: 25 ounce can poured into pint glass.
Look: very pale yellow color. Very watery appearance. Small head that evaporates rather quickly.
Smell: sweet aroma, almost like a cider. Faint grainy and corn odor follows. The smell is faint overall but not awful.
Taste: grainy and malty flavors initially. Faintly sweet aftertaste. The flavors are very mild overall but not awful.
Feel: smooth mouthfeel. Slightly creamy. Moderate carbonation.
Overall: this beer is drinkable, but not remarkable. The flavors and aromas are mild, but not off putting. Really nothing offensive about it but nothing special about it either.

This is my favorite beer. It is clean and refreshing. If you could taste the weber dictionary definition of beer this would be it.
So many people trash this beer without really giving it a try. It is very close to a real pilsner. It doesn't have enough malted barley or hops to be a classic pilsner but it comes very close to the style while being smoother and easier to drink. Pilsner Urquell anyone?? A great pilsner but not easy drinking.
Beer snobs will look down on you for drinking Busch or Budweiser or any big American brew. However I disagree. To accomplish the quality at scale that then offers the customer economies of scale to be able to buy a beer for around 60 cents a can is a decent accomplishment in this economy.
Put a Corona and a Busch next to each other and pour in a glass with a squeeze of lime and see if you can tell by taste alone which is which?
It is not like Busch has different quality ingredients than Budweiser it may be different ratio and different adjuncts but otherwise they are the same. As long as they aren't adding a bunch of artificial ingredients then beer is beer is beer. But people buy into marketing so they pay way more for a Michelob ultra than a Busch when they are very similar beers.
No one looks down on anyone drinking an ultra but a Busch says something else.
At the end of the day I want an affordable quality and delicious beer for my daily routine. Occasionally it is nice to treat myself but to be honest the times I have I actually missed my Busch beer.
There may be better beers but there is no better cheap beer than Busch. If you like AAL and like higher abv then Hamms, Raineir, Rolling Rock, Coors banquet, Budweiser, are all my favorites. I generally stay away from Miller products with the exception of Hamms. I greatly prefer Anheiser Busch and Coors over Miller products. Something in their beer really messes with my digestion? Maybe their light resistant hops? Don't know but regular Miller branded beer I avoid.

It's beer but the most generic version possible. It's inoffensive and on the watery side. There's a slight sweetness to it.

From a can. I hoped this would have been better than Busch Light, but it really wasn't. I found it to have more flavour, but not in a good way, half the case ended up being a drain pour.
