Sampled while out last evening. Poured into a pint glass. The beer was a nice straw yellow color with a small head that didn't stay around at all. Nose was a bit of corn sweetness without much more to balance things out. Flavor was a little more complex, but not a whole lot. The sweetness was dominanat with a slight hint of graineyness, but definately not much. Very clean and crisp. Nothing offensive or outstanding. The feel was thin to moderate. I actually enjoyed this beer more than I had thought I would. Everything put together made for a very enjoyable beer when out with some friends.

This is a very unimpressive Brazilian beer. Pours a bright yellow color with a thin white head that disappeared almost immediately. No lacing to speak of. Faint aroma of what may be hops, or what may be my imagination. Very light body with virtually no flavor, which in most cases is better than horrible flavor. ItÂ’s still pretty inexcusable though unfortunately. The finish is lightly sour and hoppy. This is overall a throwaway Brazilian beer.

Pours a one-finger white head leaving a good lace. Pale yellow, slightly cloudy color. Nose is slightly hoppy, no skunkiness. Light bodied, this is a summer lager. High carbonation, starts with a balance of hops and malt and finishes crisp with no aftertaste. Very good lawn mower beer. $1.60 for a 12 oz bottle.

An absolutely horrible beer to say the least. I am glad I have this one out of the way! The only way I can describe the nose is that it is somewhat skunky and a little bit sweet. The body had a lot of "stuff" floating around in it and I was going to finish this beer, but the more I look at this "stuff" floating around I have decided that no way am I going to drink anymore. It poured a very small sized white head with fine-medium sized bubbles. The body was carbonated along with a lot of "stuff" floating in it, the body was cloudy and the hue was pale yellow. The flavor was somewhat sweet with a thin, watery, a little bit smooth mouthfeel with a light body. There was no lacing with this beer and at this point who really cares as this beer is sooo bad.

Whoops, that was my review, but the old lady signed on w/o tellin' me.

I really dug this beer! I don't know what the deal is, but all the Brazilian beers that I have had, have far exceded my expectations. It looked like a cheapy corona type beer, except with a big "asseted" cartoon woman on it. Strange, yet appealing. The beer was not light, but not heavy at the same time, if that makes any sence. It had a nice head that lasted a little bit. The smell was similar to some malts, as well as some light hints of citrus/floralness. Not bad at all.

Pours a golden-yellow color with considerable haze. White, sticky head. Smells is of corn and cereal grains, and the taste follows. Slightly grassy. It's a light, almost watery beer, that's more-or-less unsatisfying. There's not a lot more to say. Not worth another try.

I had several of these at a local Brazilian BBQ joint, oddly cloudy and fizzy with a thin lace. Smells of sweet corn and dough biscuits and tastes similar as well with a touch of sweetness. Quick flash of lemony hop bitterness along with the pale graininess cleans the palate and a dry one at that.

Very few off flavours, other than the odd appearance this is a decent brew to wash down pounds of meat that has been slow cooking on a spit all day.

Presentation: 12oz brown bottle, with a sexy Brazilian cartoon woman on the lable. No freshness date.

Appearance: A cloudy, pale, straw beer. Thin white head, with some creamy stick. At first I thought this might have been chill haze, but it never went away ... leading me to believe that this is an unfiltered pils -- no info on the label or website though.

Smell: Grain, suggestions of a sweet flavour and a touch of fruity esters.

Taste: Surprisingly flavourful with a large dose of fruitiness, some esters and a very unique herbal hop character on the palate. Bitterness was just enough to balance with a slight citrus twang in the middle. Mouthfeel was fairly smooth and creamy. Finish was clean, with traces of grain.

Notes: Served at the Mid West Grill in Inman Square, Cambridge, MA. An odd little beer that the bro and I had plenty of at this Brazilian grill. Quite refreshing. Went well with the meal, and helped to wash down the enormous amount/selection of meats that we had. Wouldn't buy this on its own, but when in Rome ...
