Hop profile bends a bit soapy. Not my favourite beer. Wheat fails to shine. I get 2-row, some floral hop notes, soapiness, watermelon, and subdued tropical fruit.

Gigantic Brewing Co. "Solid!"
22 fl. oz. brown glass bottle, "NOT AS AWESOME AFTER 01/06/18..."
$4.99 @ Cherry Hill Wine, Liquor & Beer (Wegmans), Cherry Hill, NJ
Look: Very hazy golden-amber body beneath a finger-thick head of creamy off-white. Slightly better than average head retention and lacing, although given that it's a wheat beer it could be better.
Smell: Bright and hoppy with loads of citrus (orange, grapefruit), some apricot, a bit of soft pine, and a hint of white and/or black pepper.
Taste: The same hops found in the nose are present along with some apple and a touch of red berry embedded in a sugary base of wheaty malt. There's a little bit of an actual yeast flavor to it but not much. A solid bitterness backs it and it finishes dry, earthy, mineralish, and piney.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: Interesting beer. The apricot note is interesting, and if I had to guess I'd say it was fermented with a saison strain of yeast. Full of flavor. Fun.

*not sure if the beer is retired yet I just got a bottle, and it tastes great.
Great beer clear not super hazy, very citrusy in flavor with only a mild hop bite. Same aroma. Orange, straw color with off white head, head lingers for a while.

the perfect beer for the person who can't decide between hoegaarden and düvel, pours a golden light ochre with a very delicate cloudy head, hints of citrus and pine can be noticed, can't really say much it is absolutely delicious.
