Good drinkable double. Slight alcohol taste, nice hop flavor, Citra I think, slightly resinous. Were there Saturday night with friends so sampled 2 other beers. 100 IBUs Rated 9-10-2018

16.9 oz. Bottle
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy orangy color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, guava, mango, peach, cherries), pretty nice pine. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach, guava, cherries), pretty nice pine note, nice little sweetness. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew. Pretty nice take on the style. Nice to see it around here.

App: Great head, foamy, rocky, and dense. Lacing is excellent. Head retention is great. Light khaki color head with a lightly hazy toasted wheat color and a tiny flash of red.
Nose: Bright cascade hops, with galaxy hops on the edges. Clean and clear pine with a citrus finish.
Taste: Very light malt, more hop bitterness and white crackers. A little copper/metal pinch at the end. Alcoholic and chemical in the middle.
Side Notes: a nice beer, but I wouldn't consider it "imperial" in any way. Could be my last reviewed beer before my son is born?
