Bottle poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy copper amber with a frothy khaki head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Citrus, tropical and stone fruit, a little pine, slightly toasty bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront mix of pine and citrus, grapefruit and orange, quickly opens up to an interesting fruity side, big peach/nectarine, mango, passion fruit, apricot, and hints of berries, toasty bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Calista hops bring some fun stuff to the table. Really enjoying this one.

From tasting notes 05/03/19
Had on tap at Round Table Clubhouse in Citrus Heights, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, slight haze and orange in color with a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Good lacing with broken webbing and small spotting.
Smell - Equal notes of citrus, pine and floral qualities. Mild bready sweetness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Citrus and lesser pine, then big floral notes with that pone and citrus equate to a bit of a soapy quality. Faint bready undertone. Gets a bit sweeter as it warms. A hint of candied orange in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Near full-bodied with fair carbonation. Smooth upfront before a dry, bitey finish.
Overall - Right in line with a lot of classic West Coast IPAs. There are things I like here and somethings I dislike; I think the Cascade is adding some soapy flavor which I'm not big on.
