Brewed with hard-to-get Southern Passion and African Queen hops and smoothed out with a little bit of flaked wheat.

Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Hopleaf goblet. Pleasant light-bodied sudsy mouthfeel. Hops are unusual and distinctly flavored. So resiny in every way. Flavors of nectarine and green melon. Smoky, even.
Very dry but with a little cakey malt taste. Moderate bitter aftertaste with seeds and stems. Name that fruity aroma! Maybe blackberry but it's so interestingly smoky in the finish. It's worth trying for the hop education. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Haggen Market.

Very hazy gold with three fingers of cream color head.
Smell is a muddle of fruits with some citrus orange.
Taste is fruity bitter hops with a lightly sweet malt backing.
Mouthfeel is medium with plenty of carbonation. Finish is dry and bitter.
Overall a tasty and interesting IPA. Bottle date is pretty smeared, looks like 11/20/??

Bottle poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy light khaki head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Unique blend of berries, tropical fruit, and citrus, a little slightly toasty biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, big tangerine, plus some lemon and lime, tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, guava, peach, and apricot, berries, raspberry, blackberry, and gooseberry, slightly toasty biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Really nice use of some hops you don't get to see that often. The berry notes mix in really nicely.
