From beer 30 Santa Cruz.
Undated bottle but presumably fresh related to fresh drop and fresh hop.
L: copper with a slight chill haze. Off white cream colored head, with great retention and lacing.
S: Unmistakable West coast simcoe. Lemon and pine.
T: lemon, grapefruit, piney resinous. A bit of pepper and cracker.
F: Medium. Dry.
Overall: fairly well executed. Aside from the peppery aspect, don’t see a big difference between this and any other simcoe ipa.
