Pours a dark orange amber with long-lasting foam in the tall IPA glass. Aroma of grain and sawdust, and I have to say, onions. Flavor features citrus peel, apricots, canned peaches, and a darker descent into plums and burnt pumpkin.
Hops are listed as Sultana, Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. Collaboration with Sunriver Brewing. Overall this is kind of an oddball West Coast IPA with the screwy hop flavors. Quite drinkable, though, but one longs for a fragrant Pale Ale chaser. From the bulletproof and refillable 500 ml bottle purchased at Town & Country Market.
