Cellared a year. Murky lighter brown with a small off-white ring. Smells of bourbon barrel with an emphasis on the barrel, with orange hops accenting the earthy barley and toffee malts. Taste has big earth and barley up front with barrel again with wood leading there, toasted caramel, toffee, and a hint of raisin. Feel is dry and snarly with that barley, barrel boosts this.
