True to its name, Cascade, Centennial, Crystal and Simcoe create a citrusy hop confluence that continuously embiggens with each drink. The embodiment of our brewing philosophy to “Never Give An Inch”.

22 oz. Bomber

Pours a very nice very slight cloudy dark golden orange color, very nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which leaves some pretty nice islands and some sticky lacing behind. The noes is hoppy, slightly malty, with some pretty nice citrus notes. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, slight malt note, citrusy. Medium body, ABV hidden nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew. My first from this brewery.

Look
Pours a clear to lightly hazy golden-amber with a persistent off-white head. Retention is solid, and the glass picks up chunky, webby lacing as it goes.

Smell
Classic West Coast profile. Pine needles, floral hops, grapefruit peel, and orange zest sit over a light caramel and bready malt base. Hop aroma varies with age but stays traditional.

Taste
Citrus-forward up front. Tangerine, orange, and grapefruit lead, followed by pine and herbal bitterness. Malt brings light caramel sweetness for balance without getting heavy. Firm bitterness, never harsh.

Feel
Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and easy-drinking, though some pours come off slightly thin. Finishes clean with a mild resinous bite.

Overall
A dependable, no-frills IPA that leans classic rather than trendy. Not a hop bomb or a haze monster. Just a balanced, well-executed American IPA that rewards fans of citrus, pine, and restraint. Solid fridge staple, especially fresh.

Don't remember too much about this beer other than it was good. A little better than average for an IPA, though Gigantic is a good brewery and I've liked everything I've tried from them. Rated 11-14-2018

Clearz medium golden colorz thick white head. Very good head retention, with thick lacing on the glass as I drink. Classic hop aroma , piney and floral. Pretty bitter taste. Thin to medium bodied.

Pours a rich, malty caramel color. Low aroma, with lots of C-hop notes as it warms and opens. On the sip I get citrus—orange, mostly, and some grapefruit peel—along with pine. Hits the spot for lovers of classic IPAs.

A good, smooth IPA, but nothing to write home about. The texture is a little thin. Fairly complex, not too bitter, with a bold fruity/citrus smell I noticed right away, and a flavor to match. A step up from what Pyramid and Widmer Bros have to offer.
