Sure, the old breed made IPA, but with today’s High-fidelity Hops, we are able to bring you flavors that have more tweet from the tweeters and more woof from the woofers. So, sit back, turn on the Hi Fi, and see where it takes you.

IBU's are not listed, but a nice hoppy flavor, more mild than bitter, just the type I could drink a few of. Just the right balance of hops (floral) and malt. Very Good. Rated 8-2-2018

500 ml bottle from Fred Meyer in Salem OR.
$3.99
Says High Fidelity IPA and is 6.2% alc.
Pours a pale orange/amber colour..clear. With a gorgeous rocky/frothy cream coloured head.
Aromas of orange peel, grapefruit, mango and caramel.
Tste as the aroma.a bit more bitter orange then peel..like Scottish marmalade..delicious.
Very nicely balanced palate..soft yet well carbonated and moves well over the tongue.
Very nice beer.

Nice old school IPA. Pours copper gold with a translucent haze. Smell is testy Carmel and pine. Carmel malt background with grapefruit and pine flavors. Finishes on the bitter side. Decent beer.

On draft at The Allium in Waterbury, VT.
Unfortunately, nowhere near the class of hoppy ales for which Vermont has become known.

Poured from bomber bottle into lagunitas jar glass. Gave a huge initial head that eventually settled but left quite a good lacing. Beer is a light orange gold, quite clear with an assertive carbonation.
S- papaya, mango, blood orange, some florals, quite a juicy and tropical smell.
T- sweet citrus start, pink lemonade, lychee, and grapefruit, some gentle biscuity pale malt, then more robust orange notes and floral notes. Some yeasty esters to this, getting a bit phenolic toward the finish. Has a bit of a soapy character, the bitterness is quite mellow, juicy tropicals throughout but with a crisp citrus.
M- good and light, refreshing with a satisfying session body and assertive carb.
An interesting and unique beer, something about it seems a bit strange, has some gooseberry/sauv blanc character I think that melds into a tasty session ale. Maybe not something I would drink all the time but an interesting option with a unique hop profile, good herbal hop balance.
