This version was dry-hopping in the cask with Cascade. From notes.
A - Poured dark golden with no carbonation visible. One finger of loose off white head left good retention and no lace.
S - Vinous, interesting, leafy, lime, a bit of an oddball.
T - Earth, lime, a bit of fruitiness.
M - No carbonation, medium body, nice bitterness.
O/D - Not too bad. This was all right, but nothing too crazy. I didn't really know what was going on with the hop profile, especially with all the NZ and Cascade dry-hop. Decent.
