This version was dry-hopped in the cask with Waimea. From notes.
A - Hazy golden pour with two fingers of white head that left no retention or lace.
S - Pissy, hop pellets.
T - Hop pellets, spicy orange, dank, a bit pissy again.
M - Medium body, no carbonation, pissy finish.
O/D - Wasn't a fan. Apparently some of these casks take a week to kick, so why you would keep them dry-hopped is beyond me. This was obviously sitting for a long time. Anyway, it didn't work and the dry-hopping obviously spoiled the base beer. Didn't enjoy very much at all.
