I suppose this is back after being retired -enjoyed in a snifter chilled on tap.
The color is black with thin beige head. The smell is dark chocolate with some dark roast coffee perhaps. The feel is very good -mostly smooth with a little char in the back.
The taste is great lots of dark malt character and slight mineral with a low bitterness and dry lager like finish. This is a good interpretation of a schwarzbier even if it is 'Imperialized"
