This is a new version in Chardonnay barrels for 5 months. Very solid tartness and body for a wild, very composed and oaky. Nice flavor and nose, complex silky feel. Slight stone fruit. Nice!

On draft to celebrate Travlr's 11,000th rate (congrats Gene!). This beer was brewed in collaboration with Intangible Ales. The base beer is Gene Turns 10K aged in Chardonnay Barrels.
It pours a hazy bright gold yellow, thin white head. Looks very similar to the base beer. The nose is more floral, a little fruity, pineapple, grape, a little bit of oak and butter and funk. The flavor is a little tart, white grape, citrus rinds, lemon, wood chips, a little more acid than the base, but I think this was my favorite of the series.
