Draft at the source.
Hazy orange body with a soft white head. Citrus and hops aroma. Simple and straightforward. Some malt backbone in support. Oranges, nectarines. Medium bitterness. Pretty good.

A touch of onion on the nose, pretty good taste with a lingering orange and mango. A bit sweet but also a strong bitterness to balance. Well done but not top tier.

A: Hazy amber orange in color with visible carbonation. A two finger off white head develops initially and fades rather quickly leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface which fades to a ring around the glass.
S: Sweet juicy citrus hops and sweet malts giving it an orange marmalade like quality. Juicy fruits highlight with mandarin orange, lemon, ruby red grapefruit.
T: The orange marmalade sweetness from the sweet malt and juicy hop profile is present upfront but fades away quickly to a more herbal quality. The sweetness fades to an herbal hop and finallt earthy bitterness which lingers to the next sip.
M: Medium-bodied, slightly crisp with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a fairly complex IIPA. From the aromas, I thought it might have a more definitive malt backbone. Not a malt bomb per se, but an IIPA with a sweet underlying backbone. The sweetness is present initially, survives the first hop assault, and then fades away until the next sip. The hop profile has three unique stages that I picked up…It starts as a sweetened orange marmalade flavor upfront, lingers into the herbal arena, and finishes with an earthy bitterness which lingers until the next sip.
