It's been awhile since I drank this, so I'll just comment instead of doing a full review.
A pretty purple/pink color with no head. Brine/salty smell. Very nice taste that was refreshing for a hot summer's day. Blackberry with a mild saltiness. Mouthfeel was fine.
This was the 1st gose I had so hard to say if this was good or bad for it's style. As a general beer, it was decent. My wife and I had been walking around DC and stopped in Bluejacket. Our server dared her to try Sub Rosa and if she didn't like it, he would comp the taster. Well, she liked it and we left that day with two bottles of Sub Rosa. So she liked it.

On tap at the brewpub. Too much table salt spoiled a decent blackberry fruit beer. Beet coloured purple body with virtually no head. Salt aroma. Quaffable.

Dark ruby body with a thin lavender collar. Aromas of berries, fruit punch, sweet malt, salt. More salt emerges in the flavor. Juicy, punchy with a thin body. Easy drinking.

Great color, nice blackberry aroma and flavor but just a touch more in the wheat department than I would have preferred. Of the 3 wheat beers I had (the others being The Jam and Blue Velvet) this one is listed as having the highest percentage of wheat at 55% and it does come through.

A beautiful grapefruit red that is opaque. Very bright and vibrant. Nice blackberry notes in the taste. Good salt note. Notes contrast well to give off a flowery bouquet. Nice light body but still has weight. Biting carbonation is good. Get it.

Weird ester profile. A bit of that diapery flavor yoy get from some Berliners. Not recommended but not undrinkable.
