I tired this on tap at Bluejacket, enjoyed chilled in a tulip.
The color is golden, clear with thin ring of beads for head with good clarity. The smell is wonderful sour/spiced scent with lightly fruity and woody with citrus aroma and gentle berry aroma. The feel is very good with slight fruity/tangy quality and mineral saltiness with low sweetness and dry finish with slight tangy fruity quality lingering.
The taste is great juicy and salty with a tangy fruit flavor with light acidic aspect and subtle salt with light malt and semi tropical quality with citrus tang and lactic sour quality lemony flavor as it finishes with some residual sour qualities. This is very enjoyable perhaps one of the best of the style I love the mix of fruit and sour wheat -great flavor with a nod to tradition
