Per the Description: "Brewed with Starpoint and Beer Study, with Centennial, Apollo, & Mosaic hops in the kettle; finished with fresh local pawpaws, Pacific Jade, Citra, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc hops in the fermentor."
A: Golden orange, mostly clear, 3/8" head with larger bubbles.
S: Tropical notes, with some fruitiness from the paw paw addition.
T: Follows nose, low bitterness, no unusual aftertaste, yeast notes are appropriate for the brew (which can be hit and miss with Bluejacket).
M: Nothing of note written down.
O: A tasty IIPA with the addition of paw paw fruit, which is something I hadnt even heard of until I got this. I would be happy to drink this again.
