A classic German-style gose, crafted with 15% flaked wheat & spiced with coriander + sea salt, that's finished with a bold addition of passionfruit. Tropical, tart & eminently crushable.

Small pour for $3 at the source. Pretty hazy for a gose. Nose has a distinct sulfur note, not great. Taste is much better with a firm acidity and tropical fruit. Good not great, would easily be 4+ without the sulfur.
