November 2018 release 750 ml bottle enjoyed on August 2019.
L: Dark brown black with thin black head dissipating to a tight ring around the glass. Short-lasting carbonation.
S: Caramel, cocoa, vanilla, fresh cookies, ripe fresh coffee beans and hint of boozy-ness. Pleasing and inviting.
T: Roasty, barrel, sweet milk chocolate, starts big and full, moves to a coffee finish then leaves some lingering coffee bitterness.
F: Sticky enough for my liking, medium thickness, and just a tinge of heat.
O: Extremely impressed with this bottle. Second one that I picked up and left it a little time to mellow. One of the best BA stouts that I can recently remember.
