Had on tap. Dark cherry red semi-opaque with no head in the appearance. Smells strongly of lacto, with sour cherry, red wine, slight oak, and apple cider vinegar. Taste is a very american take on a flanders, boozier, sweeter, and has extreme acidity in the sour finish. The cherry takes on the wine, lacto, and vinegar, while the oak fades a good bit into a bath of acidity. Sour, sweet, acidic, all in a medium body that is sticky and slow.
