No can date. Not sure which style of Pilsner so I'll have to keep an open mind.
Pours a large frothy almost 2 finger head with great retention, soapy lacing, very clear med golden tan color
Nose brings a nice grainy pilsner malt, plenty of cereal, a little lemony note, as well as some light floral hops, gets a little too high on general fruitiness
Taste brings more cereal grain, pilsner malt, grainy, a little doughy cracker, then back into fruity notes, lemony and citrus zest, a bit of floral herbal hops, getting a bit spicy late, med bitterness up front, then getting quite bitter on the finish, drier finish with high spicy hop bitterness lingering, quite crisp bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med-higher fizzy carb, crisp soft lager
Overall not bad, not sure exactly what style, probably German given the crispness on the finish, malt up front, overall bitterness (which might be more Czech level), in general pretty good, but I'm not a fan of the high fruity level where it borders on almost Shandy-like

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pilsner glass. Had a light, yellow gold color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a two inch, creamy, fairly long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: A pretty good aroma of light malt, hops, citrus fruit, a bready quality, and a floral quality.
T: Tasted of a distinct citrus fruit (lemon, in particular - quite zesty), a bit of the bready quality (a warm, subtle quality), some hops (not overdone, but just enough), a good amount of malt (a solid backbone), and a little of the floral quality (a fleeting presence). This is a light, well-balanced, and lively flavor. Pretty tasty.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Light-bodied.
O: A focused and well made pilsner. Worth a try.

4 oz pour on tap at the brewery. This is a decent pilsner with bready malts and grassy/floral hops but it is too bitter for my taste in the pilsner style. Otherwise it's solid.

Pours a pale straw golden. Some floral noble hop aroma on the nose. It has a very assertive floral, spicy, herbal hop character with enough sturdy crackery malt. It's a teatering just over the line of the balance that I would want. That's not to say it isn't still delicious.
