Pours a lightly hazy but mostly transparent golden. It tastes fresh, grassy, herbal. It is assertively hoppy and there is a great tropical fruit character on the first sip, but that dissipates. Not necessarily in a bad way though. The hops could probably be dialed back a little to let the malt have a bigger role, but that wasn't the point of this. I did still enjoy this, but not my top choice Pilsner.
