$4.49 USD plus tax for a 16 fl oz pull-tab can in New Orleans, Louisiana.
7% ABV. "India Pale Ale with Citra & Sultana."
Served cold into a stemless wine glass.
Pineapple, mango, banana, citrus. Balanced but the hop profile is merely decent...lacks impressive hop pungency and/or depth of hop flavour. Malt backbone is underwhelming...just 2-row and wheat.
Smooth, wet, unrefreshing, well carbonated, medium-bodied.
A drinkable forgettable IPA. I wouldn't get it again, and $4.49/can is steep for the lack of quality relative to other stabs at the style. Lagunitas and Sierra Nevada both offer better IPAs for ~$9.99/sixer.
