A full-flavored dark lager of only 3.7% ABV, In Droves is round & malty on the palate, yet crisp & eminently drinkable. Expect bready malt flavors, hints of cocoa & noble hop-driven notes of herbs, flowers & spice. In Droves has been traditionally lagered for 6 weeks & is naturally carbonated.

poured from a 32oz crowler into a willi becher pint glass. pours a dark brown but gathers in the glass black with a darker khaki colored head. smell is roast and malts. it’s pretty simple as it sticks to the roasty aspect. taste is similar with a very clean and refreshing finish. mouthfeel is on the thin side but it actually attributes to this being an ultimate easy drinker, especially for such a dark beer. quite enjoyable.
