Appearance: On draft at a restaurant in Virginia. 1 inch of very persistent creamy white foam that stuck to the glass all the way down. Opaque light honey color.
Aroma: Strong. Hoppy, piney, citrusy.
Taste: Mango, apricot, tangerine, pine, resin. Lemon drop aftertaste.
Feel: Soft, creamy, juicy. Carbonation is moderate and just right for the beer.
Overall: Very impressive hazy IPA from a true boutique craft brewery.
Pairing: The hoppy bitterness and fruity sweetness was balanced well by a spicy meat lovers pizza.
