A blend spontaneously-fermented beer aged in wine barrels for two years then conditioned on a mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (at a rate of 4 pounds per barrel) and vanilla. The result is a complex interplay of jammy berry fruit, vibrant acidity, vanilla and oak.

13 oz draft pour at the brewery. Pours a light reddish-brown with a large off-white head. Good retention and lacing. Tart, jammy, slightly funky, nice oak tannins - overall a great fruited oak-aged sour. I would have given even higher scores but it's a little on the sweet and jammy side for a "lambic." I think I could have done without the vanilla, but it is still a very tasty beer.
