A double fruited version of Kelsey & Greg’s Wedding Ale. This celebratory sour is brewed with milk sugar & aged on peaches, apricots, passionfruit & vanilla. refreshingly tart, super juicy & absolutely bursting with fresh stone-fruit flavor!

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a wine glass. Pours a murky bright orange with a voluminous head, which at first threatens to overflow the glass but then fades away to almost nothing. Aroma and flavor feature tart passionfruit, stone fruit, wheat, and a hint of spicy hops. Aroma ALSO feature burnt rubber - pretty weird and not appealing. Mouthfeel is astringent and very tart. Not the best Bluejacket sour I've had by a long shot, but still overall enjoyable to drink.

A more modern sour relying a bit more on the fruit addition than the beer. Or at least, the passion fruit and peach jump out at first, and then the more classic tangy notes of a traditional sour come in. The transition isn't the best, and it seems that this is two different beers trying to be one. It is a bit forward in juice and tang and the noted vanilla is light to lost. Overall, it doesn't seem to pretend to be in the milkshake sour realm (despite the mostly absent vanilla), but seems to be a sour fruit beer that pines to be a more traditional sour.
