A return to our roots, Yesterday is a modern interpretation of the classic West Coast IPAs that first inspired us to take this journey. Generously hopped with Centennial, Amarillo & Cascade this bold & bitter IPA has aromas of orange, grapefruit, woody pine & earth.

Appearance: Served up a clear, orangey-copper body with an off-white head.
Smell: Fruit-flavored hard candies with a middling bready, toasty quality and subdued wafts of citrus and mild pine.
Taste: Pale malts, faintly bready with a light graininess in the background and sweetish quality. Citrus, light and lightly resiny pine with some apricot fruitiness and soapy florals. Moderate bitterness. Bitterish, drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: So-so.

5 oz pour at the brewery. This is a nice old-school WCIPA. Caramel, pine, grapefruit, stiff malt backbone but not boozy. Enjoyable to drink and pair with greasy pub food.
