Lost Time is an unfiltered German-style lager -- also known as Kellerbier -- named for its distinctly cloudy appearance (or naturtrĂ¼b in German). Brewed with carefully selected batches of Tettnanger hops from Schore Hop Farm (Tettnang, Germany) and Hersbrucker hops from Seitz Farm (Hallertau, Germany). Lost Time is crisp and clean with hints of toast and toffee, followed by a dry, spicy/ floral hop finish.

Appearance: Slightly hazy gold, fluffy white head with short retention.
Aroma: Spicy and herbal
Flavor: Spicy and herbal. Slightly toasty. Restrained bitterness.
Mouth-feel: Medium bodied, drying. Short finish.
Overall: No date on the can, but given my local retailer, I'm guessing this is close to a year old. I really like the spicy/herbal flavor from the Tettnanger and Hersbrucker hops. Pours to a clear yet slightly hazy gold with a fluffy white head that quickly dissipates. Some toastiness in the malt. Restrained bitterness. Crisp, clean finish. This should be very good on tap or freshly canned. Well crafted.
