An amped-up version of Mexican Radio, aged 9-12 months in a blend of Whiskey & Bourbon barrels. Rich & creamy. A perfect interplay of chocolate & spices, with a touch of vanilla. Spiced with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks & ancho chili peppers.

Tap pour at Churchkey. A beautiful pour, opaque black and dark brown head. The nose is a punch in the face, of brownie batter to the nth degree. The flavor is more complicated, with dark fruit rising above a thrum of chocolate. The vanilla and bourbon are present but disappear in a slightly bitter chocolate finish. It is a lot, but not a bad way to end my night.
