Prizefighter is a classic English Bitter, brewed for balance and easy enjoyment. It features a smooth, malty backbone with notes of toasted bread and caramel, complemented by a subtle earthy hop character. Approachable and refined, it's a true nod to the British pub tradition.

Cask pour at the brewery. Looks fine with a nice creamy head, but it's significantly more bitter than most bitters I've had (sometimes the name seems like an oxymoron), and the warm/flat mouthfeel doesn't help much. I always complain about warm/flat with cask, but this is more extreme than most. YMMV.
