i never heard anything too positive about these guys before i was able to check it out, but i dont know why, everything was great, the food, the service, and yes, definitely the beer. it was a little off the beaten path there in town a block away from the main drag, and its a warehouse space where one half houses the brewery and the other side the restaurant and taproom. there is a small and relaxed patio outside, and a chill vibe inside, lots of space on the production side it looks like. i was impressed with the beer menu, they might have had close to 20 offerings to chose from, and i liked a lot of them. the pils was absolutely wonderful, and a single hopped brew with strata and a brut ipa werent far behind, they also make an excellent black rye ipa, but i didnt have a bad beer in the lot. the service was awesome too, real prompt even though it was just her in there at lunch time. my food was killer, and i would definitely eat here again, small but thoughtful menu and very well executed. the vibe is nice and mellow, the patio is dog friendly, and everyone there seemed to know each other, a real small town feel to it. the beer was way ahead of my expectations, i guess the place has changed hands or brewers or something relatively recently and maybe improved, but i really liked it. they also have another taproom up in ketchum which i checked out, epic views from the patio up there, but they arent making any beers or anything there right now. these guys have a great thing going, be sure to check out both of their spots when you are in town. really underrated.

Quick visit was enjoyable. We were the only folks there during a quiet weekday afternoon, but the selection was solid and the staff friendly. Would definitely circle back next time I'm in the area.

Small location on the edge of downtown, which I understand to be temporary. About 10 beers on tap, plus two guest taps. Small and cozy with some sidewalk seating. Everything I sampled was above par.

The tap room has a good vibe. It is small but usually not too crowded.
THE best beer selection in the valley. They keep about half of their beers on and half guest taps.
Prices are reasonable for a resort town, staff is nice and knowledgeable.
My go to spot for craft around Sun Valley.
