Orange liquid with a big white foam sticking to the glass.
No doubt about the brett presence on the nose, red wine noticeable, some traces of Belgian yeast spiceness, booze.
Taste has a bit of pale malt notes, alot of wild yeast brett character with a nice touch of red wine giving some acidity to the liquid, we can feel the abv.
Wine texture, a bit oily, alcohol warmth feeling. I really loved last year version and this one is loveable as well!
