Pours light golden and fizzy color with foamy head. Sweet cereal/grain make up the flavours and aroma. Medium hop and carbonation and smooth.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color pils with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light residual sugar notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some light residual sugar and some dry hoppy leafy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very good drinkability with good balance overall.

From a 660ml bottle, dated 07/25/18. Served in a pilsner glass.
Pours a glowing honey-gold with a cloud of infinitesimally small carbonation bubbles and a massive head of snow-white, lumpy froth. Retention is so-so-decent, leaving a few fat clumps of lacing and a small, pouffy cap.
The nose is sharp and clean. Green grape, dried flowers and sweet cider just thinking about turning over into vinegar. So powerful, in fact, that it verges on solvent-like.
Taste is sweet and grassy with white bread toast and lemon marmalade. A little riesling-like character. No trace of the near-vinegar I thought I smelled, just a smooth, palate-coating caramel sweetness and a hint of soapiness at the finish.
Feel is full, smooth and mouth-coating, with a medium-hefty body relative to the style as best I can judge, and light, tingly carbonation.
The remarkable thing about this beer, in my opinion, is just how damn BIG it seems in relation to its relatively modest 4.8% stated abv. There's no sense at all of having sacrificed anything, either in terms of aroma, taste or mouthfeel, to brew a small beer. Very nice.

Pours slightly hazy blond with a clean white head. Aroma: grainy with slightly herbal floral hop. Taste: similar with sweetness of lightly toasted grain blending imperceptably into slightly tart bitterness. Refreshing summer beer.

A:
PoursĀ a brilliantly clear pale yellow
with an inch+ of off white head. Ok retention; some swooping lacing. (3.75)
S:
Mix of light grains, floral and lemony hops. (3.75)
T:
Similar to the nose with some almost-tartness. Lots of grain and floral hops. (3.5)
M:
Light body with moderate carbonation and a relatively clean finish. (3.75)
O:
A tasty beer.
There is nothing inherently bad about this one. A real looker. It features a nice balance of hops and malt. However there is a little of that pils-y twang that will sometimes pop up. Not too bad but it was definitely there and got worse as it warmed and made me wonder if it was a whiff of aceteldehyde or what. Either way, a fairly nice, simple summer beer that I drank. It wasn't my favorite but then my glass just fell and broke and it made me sad to not get to finish it (and to have to clean it up) so there's always that! (3.5)
