A-Yellow with a chill haze and a white head that dissipates quickly after being poured
S-Aroma is of ripe prune and sour milk with a musty grape fragrance.
M-Mouthfeel is light and carbonation is medium. Dry.
T-Definite layer of acidity with a tartness that turns into bitterness. I enjoyed this beer, but not what was expecting as a pale ale.
O-Full support here, for the premise, but not sure of the Pale Ale classification. This has many elements of a sour beer as well as saison characteristics.
