Picked this up a few months ago at the BP in Goochland, Virginia on my way home from out west. Haven't had anything from Midnight in a while and this looked like something I could chill with anytime and as the recent cold snap proved, this beer was fitting for enjoyment under any conditions!
Light and easygoing orange hue to this, with enough foam to top it off. Lots of citrus and blood orange in the juicy nose as some orange blossom and pink grapefruit came in on the palate. The suds on the liquid ended up subsiding to a swirl as the lacing was sufficient and left hints of rings that never quite made it all the way around my pint glass. Plenty tangy, fun, and easy to drink, the carbonation was on par with the liquid as I could hardly detect the alcohol in this.
Not a bad body to it either, but I wish that there was some hop bitterness to accompany the overloading citrus presence. No date was to be found on the can as this held up well and left a nice, slick coating behind once I finished it off. Not the best or worst IPA and if you're looking for an orange overload, you've found your beer here. Give it a go anytime - even if it's to forget how brutal this winter's been so far!

Taster at Midnight. Looks like pink grapefruit juice. Aroma is blood oranges and pink grapefruit. Taste is citrusy, blood oranges, orange peel. Fruity and tasty AF.
