L: Had this beer on-tap at Midnight Brewery, poured into a snifter glass. Had a golden yellow color and a somewhat hazy texture. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: A decent, if slightly muted aroma of hops, citrus, malt, and a little pine.
T: Tasted of a mild bit of pine resin (gives it a little bite), an average amount of hops (less than expected), light malt (mostly in the finish), and some citrus (lemon). Like the aroma, the flavor is a bit underpowered. None of the ingredients really stand out, leaving it a bit on the bland side.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a slightly slick finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: Certainly not the worst DIPA I've tried, but there are better out there. Could have been better.
