On draft at the brewery, in pint glass
Clear, bright yellow golden in color. Mild crackery malt, a touch of apple/pear fruitiness in the middle but clean finish. Thin to medium bodied.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden pour, thin, patchy white head. Grainy aroma, biscuity. Taste is bready and grainy wit the appropriate amount of crispness. On point

Poured into a plastic cup (hey it’s COVID season) on draft at the brewery.
This is a perfect representation of a Kolsch style beer, classic color and taste, with however a more smooth taste than others of the style. Great beer recommend!!!!!!

On draft at the Brauhaus inside the Festhaus at Busch Gardens...
Presented in a plastic cup: color is gold, head is off white and presents 1finger thick with no lacing and fine to small bubbles.
Aroma is neutral malt with Pilsner like highlights of bread and biscuit.
Taste is similar with neutral malt, some bread and biscuit, then some sweeter, fruitier malt notes, then some earth and floral hops. A bit sweet in flavor, maybe just a touch on the strong side.
Feel is moderately carbonated, moderate sweetness, then crisp, drying finish.
Overall, well presented Kolsch, flavor seems just a hint sweet.

Golden color like an AAL. Minimal head. Aroma is slightly floral and malty. Taste is light and clean with sweet malts, light fruity touches and a hop feel that is in the background. Balance is nice and finish is slightly sweet and very clean

Excellent light beer. Brewer refers to this as his "lawn mower" beer. The proper name is "New Beginnings" and appeals to the traditional light beer drinker. Very smooth and is complemented in the summer with non-traditional flavors when run through a randall. If you are in the Richmond, VA area come visit us.
