English IPA with an American twist by adding rye to the malt. A best of both worlds IPA with aromas of pine and citrus balanced against earthy English hops. Crystam malts create a vivid hop sensation and a strong but not excessive bitterness. Rye malts add a spicy character to the profile creating a great and long lasting mouth feel of hoppy goodness.

On-tap at Brass Cannon, Williamsburg, VA
A: The beer is hazy yellowish amber in color. It poured with a thin off white head that left a think collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit and caramel malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste is rather malty and has flavors of pale and caramel malts along with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite malty for the style but has just enough in the way of hops.
Serving type: on-tap
