A - Two fingers of foamy non-retentive eggshell coloured head perch fleetingly on the deep mahogany body and give way to spots of lacing.
S - Has a malty sweetness, cherry, dark chocolate and toffee. Yeast notes compliment the mildly roasty character.
T - Sour cherry, cherry ripe chocolate, plum, raisin and toffee. Really nice combination of flavours but feels a bit watered down.
M - A little tartness in the body, which is light to moderate. Decent level of carbonation, but as indicated, slightly watery.
O - Good effort but needs more body, more chocolate and more cherry.
