La Cress is a blond beer of high fermentation, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle (33cl). It’ s a beer of degustation with full body, that clearly shows a herby touch, due to the addition of watercress seeds during the cooking process. Besides the natural bitterness of watercress, the beer has also a nice hop aroma of 100% Belgian hops.

Golden color with a thick bright white head with great retention and lots of laces.
Predominant herbal aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, green leaves, herbal hops and pineapple juice.
Flavor with notes of honey, lemongrass, grassy hops, because I know it is there I can sense watercress, Belgian yeast, lemon drops and chamomile.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Nice Belgian Pale Ale with a different touch, maybe the watercress seeds, that by the way married perfectly with the bitterness of its hops. Worth trying.
