I bought a 0.5l bottle of this in Rothenburg (€1.85) and quaffed it out in the Burggarten on 30SEP12...
Poured a cloudy, tawny, russet brown color. Head was thin and off-white, ebbed quickly, and left a bit of lace with its rim-clinging foam. Nose was quite mild, with some caramel and fruity notes. Body was medium, but it was quite spritzy on the tongue.
Flavor also had some caramel and a touch of butterscotch. It then became fruity, in a sour sort of way, like pear and green apple. Quite kellerish, but also seemed to be quite "green". Not bad... Prosit!
