Ambrosia is a classic german kolsch brewed with a touch of West Michigan wild flower honey. Perfect for summer, our kolsch is brewed to be light, crisp, and flavorful with pilsner and wheat malts. Traditional kolsch yeast is used to generate the subtle fruit and wine-like aromas and flavors that meld so well with our locally sourced honey.
